The Maserin Gourmet is a light-weight and slim gentleman's knife, designed as a foldable steak knife. You might be familiar with it: great restaurant, good steak, but disastrous knives. With the Maserin Gourmet you will always have the right knife close to cut your steak. Designer Attilio Morotti combined typical Italian lines with stunning materials for the Gourmet knives. The handle, for instance, is made from stunning dark root wood. Special is also that the backspacer (the part in between the handle) is made from this type of wood.
