The Robert Herder Buckels knife is a typical German breakfast knife in the classic “Buckels” shape. These knives are suitable for cutting bread, hard rolls, cheese and salami, and for spreading butter on bread. This is the stainless steel version with a walnut wood handle. The blade of this knife has a very thin grind.

Knife was bought as a gift I've had one for years and find it indispensable.It will cut your roll, bread your butter and do lots of other things as well.Easily sharpened so will also cut tomatoes etc A really terrific product.This one had a walnut handle and was pricier I'd go for a cheaper wood!
