Full description

The Robert Herder Buckels knife is a typical German breakfast knife in the classic “Buckels” shape. These knives are suitable for cutting bread, hard rolls, cheese and salami, and for spreading butter on bread. This is the stainless steel version with an acacia wood handle (also known as robinia). The blade of this knife has a very thin grind.
