The Robert Herder Buckels knife is a characteristic German breakfast knife with the so-called 'buckels' shape. Suitable for cutting bread, hard rolls, cheese, salami and for spreading butter on bread. This is the stainless version with apricot handle. The blade of this knife has a very thin grind.
